My quote: "Hakeem
is the greatest player in the history in the NBA. Bold quote? Incorrect
quote? I don't
think so. Now by hearing this you might bring up the names
of Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Dr. J, Wilt Chamberlin, abbar. Well
I must say that Jordan has better stats in the offensive category. Though
Olajuwon is great at both sides of he court. To be the best player
you just don't score, but also rebound, steal, and block. One thing
Hakeem posses is intimidation. You notice verses teams that like to drive
to the paint in a half court setting (Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle)
are noticed to not drive because they realize Hakeem is sitting near the
basket. One thing Hakeem truly has is character. This is what truly
sets him apart from the other players in the league. Hakeem is one
of the most honest and non showy players that have played in the league."
Clyde
"The Glyde" Drexler
1992
U.S.A. Olympic Dream Team Player
One
of the top assist leaders in the NBA
One
of only 24 players to score 20,000 points in a carrer

-
My quote: "He
truly is the glyde. I don't know of a better player that can grab a rebound
and run he enitre full court and score navigating through defenders.
He can run the floor like no other. One thing Drexler does when playing
the game he's so smooth. If you notice when he takes a three pointer he
will spread his legs out and jump sorta like riding a horse. He plays the
game with style and charm. The man still has the power and skill of the
dunk. One of the greatest."
"Sir"
Charles Barkley
1993
Most Valuable Player
2
Rebounding titles (shortest player to win a rebounding title)
One
of only 4 players to score 20,000 points and
15,000 rebounds in a carrer
1992,
1996 U.S.A. Olympic Dream Team Player
-
My
quote: "He really used to cringe my nerves when he was at Phoenix. Anytime
I heard his name I would just think how big a jerk he was. Then he was
trade to Houston. I was split on the trade. Now I have taken the side that
we truly got a great player. Barkley really has cleaned up his act since
he got into Houston. Barkley has always held great respect for Drexler
and Olajuwon. Even when Barkley played for Phoenix he always mention how
Hakeem was such a good player. He can obvious score but more importantly
he hit the clutch shot if needed. He truly is a great defender for just
being 6'6" by going against Kemp, Malone, and Rodman. One thing he always
does though is hussle. He truly plays to win a game."
